Getting started with CrossFit is simple at Power Play CrossFit!
If you are new to CrossFit, you will register for the fundamentals course, which is an introductory course to CrossFit. In fundamentals, you will learn how to perform the basic CrossFit movements safely and effectively. By offering the fundamentals course, we minimize distractions and can pay maximum attention to your individual needs. By completing the fundamentals course, this will ensure a seamless transition into the group workout classes.
The fundamentals course is typically Monday and Wednesday evenings from 7-8pm for 2 weeks. Contact us to get signed up for the next fundamentals course.
